Ukraine's second-largest airport in the city of Lviv has been targeted by Russian shelling. Lviv Danylo Halytskyi International Airport was targeted in the early hours of Friday morning. Video footage shot from a distance showed fireballs erupting from the facility, which sits 43 miles east of the Polish border. Afterwards, plumes of black smoke could be seen rising from the transport hub.

When I was working in corporate media during the 2020 election, there was a hesitation in pitch meetings to even mention anything to do with Hunter Biden, which was a clear tone and attitude shift from the Trump children. I assure you with all sincerity that the corporate media is Democrat-aligned, and it is an egregious ethical problem.

The New York Times has finally admitted Hunter Biden's laptop is real - more than a year after DailyMail.com authenticated its contents with top experts. When files from the laptop were published before the 2020 presidential election, the newspaper cast doubt on its provenance, linked it to Russian disinformation, and made no public attempt to obtain and verify it. But buried 1,200 words into a story this week about a federal probe into the president's son, the Gray Lady admitted to an astonishing U-turn. Reporters referenced emails 'obtained by The New York Times from a cache of files that appears to have come from a laptop abandoned by Mr. Biden in a Delaware repair shop', adding that they 'were authenticated by people familiar with them and with the investigation.' DailyMail.com authenticated the laptop a full year earlier, and was the first - and only - news organization to publicly verify its contents using expert analysis.

The dad, whose initial outburst was not caught on camera, then responded politely to Adams thanking him for answering. Mom of toddlers Maria Kubak (right in yellow jacket) asked a similar question of Adams inside the pub. He responded by telling her that he was a dad too - but didn't mention that the masking rules no longer apply to his 26 year-old son. Adams visit to the pub was marred by multiple parents demanding to know when their young children would be allowed to remove the face coverings they must still wear at school.

Meghan Markle (left) has declared herself satisfied with Spotify's handling of COVID misinformation broadcast on Joe Rogan's hugely popular show (right) - and revealed her own podcast will finally stream this summer. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's Archewell foundation shared the news with Variety on Thursday,  two months after Meghan and Harry called on Spotify to tackle 'serious harms' they say were caused by COVID vaccine lies broadcast by Rogan last summer. In the statement released by Archewell on Thursday, the company said: 'As we all continue to tackle the misinformation era, Archewell Audio has found it important to work with our partners at Spotify to ensure that the digital technologies so many of us use every day are rooted in strong principles of trust and safety,' according to the Archewell statement. 'We are encouraged by ongoing conversations we've had with Spotify on this shared goal and have been working closely with their team-as well as their senior leadership-towards policies, practices, and strategies meant to raise creator awareness, minimize the spread of misinformation, and support transparency.'

The deepfake has been widely circulated on Russian social media and was even planted by hackers on live TV on Ukraine and on a news site before it was taken down. Internet users immediately flagged the discrepancies between the skin tone on Zelenskiy's neck and face, the odd accent in the video, and the pixelation around his head. Ukraine 24, which was targeted by the trolls, said it was the work of 'enemy hackers'.

The nine-minute clip garnered over 250,000 Instagram views, and 120,000 on Facebook, in an hour, with thousands commenting support and praise to the film star for his efforts to help stop the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Long Island medical student Nafiah Ikram, 22, was left severely disfigured (left) from an acid attack a year ago slammed police for failing to catch her assailant, claiming they 'didn't take it seriously.' She had just returned home from working at a local CVS store around 8:20 p.m. on March 17, 2021, when the attacker ran up behind her in the driveway of her family's Elmont home and doused her with acid. The Hofstra University medical student suffered severe burns to her face that resulted in numerous surgeries. She was left blind in her left eye. A year has passed since the horrific incident and Ikram, along with her family, said police have not done enough to get the suspect off the streets.

Jamie Brotsky (right and inset, at hospital), 29, joined fellow backpackers to jump from high rocks into the sea in the Liguria region of Italy. But she didn't leap out far enough and instead repeatedly smashed into the rock face (left) before plummeting into the water. Ms Brotsky shattered both of her heels and fractured a vertebra in her spine. Doctors spent nine hours battling to save her left foot which 'split' in half. Her family forked out $20,000 to fly her home to Boston, Massachusetts, where her foot turned black due to an infection from the water. It forced surgeons to perform a partial amputation - cutting away parts of her foot - and rebuild it using muscle and skin from her legs. Miraculously, despite being warned she might never walk again, she has made a full recovery. And even did another cliff jump in Hawaii recently. Ms Brotsky said: 'I knew the minute I jumped that I'd made a mistake. I remember looking at my foot and it was completely destroyed. I didn't know if I'd walk again but I vowed to give it my all and try. I felt bless beyond belief to not have been paralysed or dead and this foot is just one reminder of that.'

TikTok user @aubrecita shared her shocking story in a now-viral TikTok video. The OB/GYN sonographer alleged that she was nursing their 'hours-old baby' in the hospital when she picked up his phone to check the time. She was diagnosed with a teratoma tumor, a slow-growing tumor that had been forming for decades and was draining her body's nutrients, causing weight gain. In the year since her surgery, she has shed a staggering 103lbs (right), and says she feels better than ever before.

Shavonya Poole, 34, from Florida, took to TikTok last week to share a throwback video of her eldest child, Zuri, reading the card out loud at her birthday party. There were drawings of what appeared to be gorillas on the front and inside of the homemade card, where the child wrote: 'Happy birthday, Zuri. Gorillas rock!' Poole said she still couldn't figure out why 'these racist people' sent their daughter to her child's party, explaining that Zuri didn't get that it was a slur. In a follow-up video, the mother of three shared that the party took place two years ago, and she didn't confront the parents because of her temper. Terrifying security footage released by New York City Police Department Wednesday shows the moment a gang of dirt bikers beat down a 64-year-old motorist and his son in West Harlem. Police say the attack occurred after the man accidentally hit one of the bikers at a Harlem intersection after the group had run a red light. The clip, captured at the corner of West 127th Street near St. Nicholas Terrace Tuesday, shows the crew of at least three bikers and one ATV rider ripping the driver from the parked vehicle, before throwing him to the street. The men proceed to kick and pummel the man, whose identity is currently being withheld by police, along with his also unidentified adult son, 36. The attack took place in broad daylight Tuesday, just before 4:30 pm. The suspects are still at large.

Thanks to modern simulated technology, MIT researchers said, their mini cheetah robot was able to accumulate 100 days' worth of experience on different grounds in just three hours of actual time. The scientists said that their particular learning system had been so successful that the robot had broken the record for the fastest run recorded for its specific platform. The previous high speed record was set by the Biomimetic Robotics Laboratory at MIT in 2019, when scientists achieved a top running speed of 8.2mph (3.7m/s). In comparison, the latest mini cheetah robot reached more than 8.7mph (3.9m/s).
